Income: Gross monthly income of all applicants must equal at least 2.5x monthly rent
Credit: Depending on other criteria, no property debt, no evictions in the last 3 years. A conditional result may require a guarantor, who will need to make an income of 5x monthly rent in gross pay

Criminal: no misdemeanor convictions in 7 years. felony convictions in 10 years, no violent, drug, or sexually-related misdemeanors
Leasing Details

Application Fee: $125 per person over 18 years old

Conditional Approvals must pay the full Apartment Deposit AND the Additional Deposit.
