Yes! We are pet-friendly! Breed Restrictions: Dog breeds known to be aggressive, including all breeds and/or dogs mixed with any of the following: Pit Bulls (Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Bulldog), Rhodesian Ridgeback, Chow, Rottweiler, and any other animals that pose a probable risk to the health and safety of others are expressly prohibited, unless local, state or federal law states otherwise. Pet Fee- Animal under 1 year old: $250 per / Animal over 1 year old: $150 per Pet Deposit- Animal deposits are part of the deposit waiver program Pet Rent- $10/month per animal

Income: Gross monthly income of all applicants must equal at least 2.5x monthly rent
Credit: Depending on other criteria, no property debt, no evictions in the last 3 years. A conditional result may require a guarantor, who will need to make an income of 5x monthly rent in gross pay

Criminal: no misdemeanor convictions in 7 years. felony convictions in 10 years, no violent, drug, or sexually-related misdemeanors
Leasing Details

Rent and Fees

Our shortest lease term is 3 months. We also offer. 10, and 12 month lease terms. 

No utilities are included in the base rent amount.

Additional monthly fees on top of the base rent include a $35 community service bundle, the $25 deposit waiver (if applicable), and allocated utilities are averaged $60-80 for a 1-bedroom and $100-120 for a 2-bedroom. You can elect to reserve a carport as well which is an additional $30/month.

Rent is due on the 1st of each month.

Plus, with short-term leases available and our resident portal for online payments and service requests, living here is as easy as can be. And don't forget, our on-site management team is always here to assist you, including 24-hour emergency maintenance.
